Melissa Decell is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who serves as the Regional Director of Case Management for Ochsner Lafayette General. As a hospital social worker for the last 12 years, Melissa has been present with families during some of their most difficult moments but was often disappointed with the lack of resources available to families following the death of a child. Because of The RescYou Group, Melissa is confident that these families will finally receive the support they need and deserve.
